In writing this week we have been writing up our myths and legends narrative.
In reading we have started to read William Shakespeare’s ‘The Tempest’ focussing on projection and emotion during performance reading.
In Science, we have been learning that levers, pulleys and gears allow a smaller force to have a greater effect.

For VE day we have learnt about rationing during the war and learnt how to Lindy Hop to 1940’s music.
Next week we will be asking... what is a metaphor and how can we use them in poetry? Do we know how to add and subtract decimals across 1? What is friction and what causes it? Do we understand what a Messiah is?
